The previous owners of our house spent a bunch of money putting an ugly hole in the wall of a house at the top of a hill on the Atlantic coast. I duct taped some cardboard over it to get some peace from the cold and noise then made this thing to hide it. Updated the insert to match a change of wallpaper later and made a plinth as it was a little low.
